Michelin-starred chef Dani García (of Calima Restaurant in Marbella) is responsible for this gem of a tapas bar just off Calle Larios. Modern and chic ambience, along with cleverly presented tapas. The food is expensive but expertly done, and the bulltail burger is not to be missed. Service is very efficient but ranges from friendly to somewhat snooty. Make sure to get there early and sit at the corner of the bar if you can – it’s the best location as you won’t get people standing directly behind you. There are two tables that can be reserved if you want to try the tapas tasting menu, but I think choosing your own at the bar is much more fun.
